Thank you for choosing the services at GAMCA Medical Appointments. We understand that circumstances may arise where you must cancel your medical appointment. We want to ensure a transparent and hassle-free process for you. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Cancellation Policy:

Upon booking our service, you can cancel within 48 hours if we haven’t generated the GCC Slip. However, please note that we will deduct a cancellation fee of ₹250. Once we generate the GCC slip, we cannot accept cancellation requests, and payments cannot be refunded. If you want to cancel a GAMCA medical appointment, please contact our support team through the provided channels.

2. Refund Process:

We will issue refunds on the following conditions:

  1. Cancellation before a specified period or condition: We will refund promptly after deducting the cancellation fee.
  2. Cancellation beyond the time limit but before generating GCC slip: Refund eligibility will be assessed case by case.

3. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to evaluation based on the circumstances of each cancellation. You cannot claim refunds for cancellations made after generating the GCC slip.
