Thank you for choosing the services at GAMCA Medical Appointments. We understand that circumstances may arise where you must cancel your medical appointment. We want to ensure a transparent and hassle-free process for you. Please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change! Here’s a clear guide on how to cancel your service with
us:
- Within 24 Hours (Before GCC Slip is Generated): You can cancel your booking Within 24 hours of purchase. For more details, Please CLICK HERE
- After GCC Slip Generation: Once your GCC (Gamca) Slip has been generated, we unfortunately CANNOT PROCESS ANY CANCELLATIONS OR PROVIDE REFUNDS.
For GAMCA Medical Appointment Cancellations: If you need to cancel a GAMCA medical appointment, please CLICK HERE. You can find all the ways to reach us on our website or in your booking confirmation.
2. Refund Process:
We process refunds based on the following conditions:
- Cancelling within 24 Hours (Before Your GCC Slip is Ready): If you cancel your booking
within 24 hours and before we have created your GCC slip, you will receive a refund. Please
note that a small transaction fee of ₹300 will be deducted from the refunded amount. - Cancelling After 24 Hours but Before GCC Slip is Ready: If you cancel after the initial 24-
hour period but before your GCC slip has been generated, we will review your request on an
individual basis to determine if a refund is possible. - Refunds for GAMCA Medical Appointments: If you cancel a GAMCA medical
appointment, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method you used.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear after your cancellation request has been
successfully processed.
Important: Once your GCC slip has been generated, cancellations and refunds are no longer
possible.
3. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to evaluation based on the circumstances of each cancellation. You cannot claim refunds for cancellations made after generating the GCC slip.
